Jim Webb divides his time between the day-to-day operations of Triaxia Partners and consulting with select clients, sharing his expertise and extraordinary insight developed through years in the crucible of human experience. Jim’s guidance has benefited a growing list of organizations headquartered in the United States and around the world in improving performance through team building, staff planning, recruiting, succession planning, and executive coaching.

Before joining the firm in 1994, Jim served in sales and human resources with Procter & Gamble, completing his 35-year tenure as Southeast Manager of Human Resources. In this capacity, he was directly involved in recruiting, staffing, and training, as well as providing career counseling, performance reviews, and other employee related issues. Jim was instrumental in creating a new corporate culture at P&G that led to significant business gains.

Jim graduated from Florida State University.
