Don DeMichele heads Triaxia Partners’ organizational development practice area.

Before joining Triaxia Partners, he spent more than 23 years with Procter & Gamble in various functions throughout the company. In manufacturing, he managed several operations and led the redesign of the traditional unionized plants into high performance team-based work systems.

He worked on the integration of the Richardson Vicks acquisition into the Health and Beauty Aid sector for the company, helped plan the integration of the acquired Max Factor business into the Noxell business, and assisted in converting the retail sales force in the Health and Beauty Aid sector from five divisions into one. When he left P&G, he was the senior organizational consultant for the sales group, assisting in the redesign and restructure of the sales organization into teams and streamlining sales systems.

After leaving P&G, Don worked 5 years with Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., serving in the role of Senior Vice President in charge of Sales and Operations. His responsibilities included North American Sales for Grocery, National Accounts, Food Service and Pepsi Cola Bottler Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Trade and Consumer Marketing. His work led to restructuring sales and redesigning the supply chain for the company.

He is a graduate of Union College.
