The foundation for this full-day workshop is a comprehensive 360° feedback instrument completed by each of the participants prior to the workshop. In this workshop, members will discover the attributes of highly effective leaders and then be able to contrast their leadership strengths and developmental opportunities as seen from their manager, coworkers, and colleagues against this very demanding plumb line.
