Pat MacMillan - Chief Executive Officer

Pat MacMillan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TRIAXIA Partners. As managing partner, Pat allocates his time across a number of strategic client initiatives. Pat’s seasoned expertise in strategy, leadership development, and team building practices has made a difference in client performance and results for over 30 years.

Don DeMichele - Co-Chairman and Practice Leader for Organizational Design

Don DeMichele heads Triaxia Partners’ organizational development practice area.

Before joining Triaxia Partners, he spent more than 23 years with Procter & Gamble in various functions throughout the company. In manufacturing, he managed several operations and led the redesign of the traditional unionized plants into high performance team-based work systems.

Cobie Langerak - President: Practice Leader for Leadership Development

Cobie Langerak heads Triaxia Partners’ Leadership Practice, specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and succession management.

Prior to joining Triaxia Partners, she was the Senior Vice President of Corporate HRM Leadership and Organization Development with Philips International B.V. where her key responsibility was to develop and execute Philips’ leadership and organizational agenda worldwide, with a special focus on executives and top potentials. She was also responsible for providing functional leadership by setting global standards, policies and practices for learning and development.

James W. Wert, Jr. - Principal: Practice Leader for Strategy Development

Jim Wert leads Triaxia Partners’ Strategy Practice. He currently serves a broad array of organizations in strategic planning, organizational design and restructuring, and leadership development.

Jim joined Triaxia Partners from National Service Industries’ Atlantic Envelope Division where, as Chief Financial Officer, he directed strategic planning and performance management efforts, and contributed extensively to a successful growth/acquisitions initiative that resulted in revenue increases of more than 80 percent in a three-year period.

Beverly Langford - Senior Consulting Associate

Dr. Beverly Y. Langford plays a major role in the development and delivery of Triaxia Partners' core curriculum in the areas of team, communication, and conflict. She works closely with client organizations to tailor training to the organization’s specific requirements.

Jennifer MacMillan - Principal: Practice Leader for Team Development

Jennifer MacMillan heads TRIAXIA Partners’ Team and Government practices, specializing in building high performance teams, developing current and future leaders, and creating successful corporate and market strategies.

Prior to joining Triaxia Partners, she was Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice, specializing in corporate strategy and customer strategy. She worked closely with clients across multiple industries, including consumer products, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and the public sector.
