This diagnostic tool helps individuals recognize the five styles of dealing with conflict and identify their own natural approach. Participants evaluate ten sets of five possible responses to conflict situations in a work setting. Results are displayed graphically to reveal personal conflict style preferences.


The Conflict ProfileŽ presents a dynamic of conflict possibilities, measuring behavior according to "assertive" or "supportive" axes. This matrix provides a model for better understanding five broad conflict styles: Competition, Avoidance, Accommodation, Compromise, and Collaboration.
