Each team member completes the instrument individually and then the results are consolidated so that the team develops a comprehensive consensus overview of its strengths and weaknesses against each team characteristic. The survey has been especially designed to creatively display the results and foster insightful discussion that provides the team unique insight as to how it is doing and how it can do better.
